WordPress ships the block editor. Page builders promise more control and often leave shortcodes behind when you change theme. Choose the editor for the next five years, not for today’s demo.

Enough for articles and simple pages. Content stays content. That is the safe default for a blog.
Builders
They shine for marketing layouts. They hurt when the licence lapses or the theme dies. If you use one, know the exit: can you export HTML without the plugin?
Practice
Write in blocks. Keep layout in the theme. Your future self will not want to excavate from a live post.
