Scope

This policy covers melleprise.com including the /de/ and /en/ language paths, the forms offered there (webinar, consulting, contact, CV) and the emails we send about those requests. Linked third-party sites have their own policies.

Data we collect

Purposes and legal bases

Hosting and server logs

The site and its mailboxes are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich in Germany. The host processes data solely for us under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The server logs every request for troubleshooting and security; logs are deleted or anonymized after a short period.

Cloudflare (network and spam protection)

Traffic runs through the Cloudflare, Inc. network. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical connection data, delivers content faster and filters attacks. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks our forms for automated input without puzzles. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, available service, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We derive your country from the IP address so the cookie banner shows the rights that apply to you. We do not store the IP address for that purpose.

Cookies and consent

Necessary cookies run without consent because the site does not work without them. Everything else depends on your choice:

We store your choice in the mp_consent cookie and the detected country in mp_geo. Current list of all services:

Open cookie settings — you can change or fully withdraw your choice at any time. Withdrawal takes effect from that moment; processing before it remains lawful.

Proof of consent

To document your choice we log an event identifier, date and time, the selected categories, the detected country, the version of this policy, a truncated IP address, a hash of your browser string and any Global Privacy Control signal. We do not store your IP address or browser string in clear text.

Forms: webinar, consulting, contact and CV

We only process what you enter yourself. Mandatory fields are marked; without them we cannot handle the request. For webinar signups you confirm your address by email (double opt-in); only then do you receive session and access details. For the CV download your browser stores the fields you submitted in melleprise_cv_prefill so you do not have to type them again.

Webinar account

To let you manage your signup (rebook or cancel) we create an account in our WordPress installation. It holds your signup data and bookings. If we delete your signup, the account goes with it.

Email delivery

Confirmations, session details and reminders are sent through our host’s mail server in Germany. We log which email went to which address and when, to resolve delivery problems and avoid duplicates.

Google Analytics 4

Only with your consent to the statistics category do we measure site usage with Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC). IP addresses are truncated; advertising features and data sharing for advertising are disabled. Without consent no Analytics cookie is set and no measurement is triggered.

Google Ads and Consent Mode v2

With your consent to the marketing category we measure signups from ads and may use remarketing. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without consent, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage stay “denied” and we enable ads_data_redaction. Google then receives no identifiers and can only build modeled, non-identified estimates. Enhanced conversions and remarketing stay off while ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied.

YouTube

Videos are not embedded automatically. Only when you allow functional cookies and start the video does your browser load content from YouTube (Google LLC). Google then learns your IP address and sets its own cookies.

Cal.com (booking)

Consulting appointments are booked through a widget by Cal.com, Inc. It loads only after your consent to functional cookies. It receives the booking details you enter plus technical connection data.

Fonts and embedded files

All fonts are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other font services.

Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data. Any other disclosure happens only with your consent or under a legal obligation.

Transfers to the United States

MELLEPRISE LLC is based in the United States, while site and form data sit with our host in Germany. Google LLC and Cloudflare, Inc. are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR and on measures such as transport encryption and IP truncation. Despite these measures, US authorities may have broader access rights than authorities in the EU.

Retention

Security

The site runs over HTTPS throughout. Only authorized people with personal credentials can access the database and mailboxes.

Your rights (EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Write to [email protected] or contact our EU representative. We reply within the statutory period of one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, usually where you live or work. For our EU representative’s location, that is the Independent Centre for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein.

Direct marketing objection

You can object to the use of your data for direct marketing at any time and free of charge. We will then stop using your data for that purpose.

No automated decision-making

We do not make decisions with legal effect solely by automated means and we do not carry out profiling under Art. 22 GDPR.

Providing data is voluntary

You can use the site without giving personal data. Forms require the fields marked as mandatory; without them we cannot deliver the service. There is no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data.

US privacy (California and other states)

This site collects personal information from visitors in the United States. The categories are listed above. We do not sell your data for money. Remarketing through Google Ads may, however, count as “sharing” for targeted advertising under California law.

You have the right to know, delete, correct and to opt out of that sharing. Use the footer link “Your Privacy Choices” or send a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. We detect GPC automatically and then enable restricted data processing for Google. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not respond to a generic “Do Not Track” header because there is no common standard for it; we do honor Global Privacy Control.

Send requests to [email protected] or by mail to 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA.

Email marketing (CAN-SPAM)

Our webinar and reminder emails state our postal address and how to unsubscribe. Reply with the subject STOP at any time or write to [email protected]. We will stop sending immediately.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our services, the tools we use or the law change. The version published here with the date above applies. If a change affects your consent, we will ask again.
